At Guest In Residence, we want you to love your cashmere pieces forever; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Guest In Residence tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
